Research and Consultation Project Calendar

Hull City Council’s Research and Consultation Project Calendar contains details of all research and consultation projects which are:

- - Upcoming / under active development
  - Currently live / in development
  - Recently completed / closed (in the last 6 weeks)
  - Cancelled / no longer going ahead

For each project, the calendar contains:

- - A brief description of the project
  - The type of project (consultation, research, feedback etc)
  - Details of the lead officer, responsible Assistant Director, and responsible portfolio holder
  - Start and end dates
  - Whether the project will be included on the Your Say platform

For recently closed projects the calendar also includes the

- - Confirmed final number of responses
  - A note as to whether the minimum sample size was achieved for the required level of confidence in the results
  - A note as to whether the project met Hull City Council Corporate Standards for Research, Consultation, Data Collection and Analysis

Hull City Council’s Research and Consultation Project Calendar is updated weekly.

It is shared every 6 weeks with CST, Assistant Directors, Heads of Service and Cabinet.

For your project to appear on the Project Calendar you should follow the Hull City Council Process for Research and Consultation Projects and complete and return a Project Brief to the Insight Team.
